From our first conversation, we are looking to learn more about you, and we’ll develop a solution that’s right for you. The initial phase of any engagement includes the identification of your objectives. This includes discovering your current process, developing gap analysis and providing recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities. In addition to learning about you, we understand you need to learn about us. We’ll provide a free demonstration so that you can see how our ITAM solution works and is flexible to meet your needs.

Implementation
Asset Vue is well resourced to implement your IT asset management solution; large or small. Our application is flexible to meet your needs and can be hosted in the cloud or on your premises. We can take your current data and validate it, or our experts can build the data for you. To emphasize one point, our implementation team will validate your data before completion to assure you that you have an accurate and working solution before our implementation teams leaves. Clients have found our implementations efficient, cost effective, and they see immediate results on day one.
For clients with more modest asset tracking needs, we have a solution based on our mobile app, Asset Vue Mobile, that can be self-serve with Asset Vue templates, user manuals, and training videos. Of course, should you have questions we are here to help.
Training
Training is included in every installation at no additional cost. We also offer free training on new features and functions as they become available as well. The application is designed to be intuitive and user friendly, so user training takes approximately just one hour.
Support
After our implementation and training teams have left, Asset Vue is still by your side. Support is included as part of the maintenance contract. The first year of maintenance is included in the contract as well as all upgrades, including those enhancements you request that are included at no additional cost.
